"This was a clean hotel with friendly staff. Although the hotel was a bit outdated everything was kept in overall good shape. I will commend the hotel on one of the best breakfasts I have ever been served in a hotel setting. I stayed two nights and my biggest regrets was meeting others elsewhere for breakfat the second morning."

"I called to confirm that the deposit would be returned and available on the day of checkout and the front desk attendant lied to me. I would not have checked in if I knew it would be up to a week considering I needed every dollar available for the extreme costs of moving. Lying to guests is the worst customer service."

"Our stay was overall decent. We only went down to checkout the "waterpark" once while we were there. When we did, there was a hot tub, pool two slides, and a splash pad. Both slides and the splash pad were not running. The hotel was clean, but dated. TVs are very small. Breakfast was the same both mornings. It consisted of cereal, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, and hostess powdered sugar doughnuts. Definitely more than I expected. I would stay again if I wanted to do something in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here specifically. Side note: I don't play golf, but if you do, they have a nice looking golf course that could be a draw for golfers."

"Great experience from start to finish. Check in - they allowed us early (an hour before regular check in time) Lobby was welcoming. Plenty of parking. Staff was quite cordial. Room was clean and large enough. Additional dining table by the kitchen area helped a lot. TV had all modern apps and that helped. Internet was fast. Breakfast - sumptuous. Not a lot of hot items but the entire spread was huge. Very satisfying. Pool was well maintained. Definitely coming back whenever the chance comes up."

"Only complaint was that no matter how hard my husband tried, he was unable to establish wi-fi connection. When he went to the front desk first assistance the first night, he felt the staff was unprofessional and borderline rude. When he asked for a manager he was told the manager would be in the morning. She stated there was nothings he could do about the wi-fi. The second night a different staff was on duty,he again asked for assistance and even brought his laptop downstairs. STILL NO WI-FI. Pretty dad when guest can not sign on to the wi-fi!! At least the gentleman working remained professional."

"The tub wasn’t the cleanest and they don’t do room service or come clean the room while ur there. And that’s weird. Me and my family stayed almost a week. And the lady at the front desk didn’t wana give us any fresh towels when we asked. The black pregnant lady is very sweet tho. It’s okay there and they have breakfast every morning. The prices are reasonable but they need better service"
