"This is the perfect place for a family who wants to be near a beautiful city but needs to relax and entertain young children too. The pools are brilliant after time spent in the city. The staff are wonderful and the whole environment is chilled and accessible."

Overall the apartment was great; however, since it caters to large groups, simple things like the washer, trash cans and the 2nd bathroom should be bigger. Beds were uncomfortable, likely due to dated mattress"

"This hotel was beautiful, the room we stayed in was massive and felt very updated with a really nice and clean bathroom. The location on the river was beautiful, the property had a private rooftop which had the most beautiful panoramic sunset views of Florence. The location was very close to everything, far enough away from Ponte Vecchio that you weren't in that mass of people and a quick walk to pop over the river to explore the area of Santo Spirito. This location is a little tough to find the...

"Great location near the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. To be honest, we were not pleased to find out that the location was not what was advertised but it turned out for the better. Diego was the perfect host and showed us everything we needed to know. The only thing that could have been better would have been a longer stay for us!"

"Good size room, quiet and good distance to most sight seeing places. Its a self service apartment so dont expect to have anyone at the desk. All in all good for the price we paid. Just rem to bring cash for the city tax as they dont accept credit card. "

"Our 6 night stay was great, loved the small size and quietness of the hotel. Our room had a lovely view back across gardens to the Santo Spirito church. Neighbourhood was very close to all the typical attractions, but across the river from the madness of tourists. Lots of great little restaurants and cafes everywhere, 300m away from the Santo Spirito piazza with all the fairly priced open air restaurants. Room size was good, nicely appointed with a Nespresso coffee machine. Would stay here again...

"Superb location right across the Ponte del Vecchio bridge which made it extremely easy to get in and out of the center of Firenze. The service and communication with BOB W went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, all amenities were provided and exactly how described. This was without a doubt, one of the best rental properties we have been in, and “I can’t wait to sleep with BOB W again!” either in Florence or their other locations...
