"Hotel is clean, but dated. We had a security issue. Two hours before check out someone used a key to unlock our hotel room door. Luckily we had top lock on. The person did not identify his or her self as an employee of the hotel."

"Initial check-in was okay with the exception that we had a non-smoking room booked. Once we got to our room there was an awful smell. The house cleaner was in the hall and overheard one of the boys say how awful our room smelt. Here is when we were told that a prior guest smoked in the room 3 days ago and the had a smoke eliminator machine in there trying to get the smell out. "Kristi checked us in and was so pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious."

"Hot tub was out of order and the staff did not tell us upon check in. The hot tub was the reason we chose the hotel. Everything else was good. Did not utilize breakfast."
