"I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. "Someone was doing laundry until 2am the laundry room is right beside the bedroom and the walls are thin it was very upsetting the door going inside the laundry room from our little apartment had a padlock on it"

"Very nice, quiet get away. Close to town, close to the interstate, centrally located between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock. Very cute treehouse with all that we needed. Fun to watch the nature from the porch or window. Crazy bird that kept trying to get in kept us entertained!!"

"didn't like - at night when arrived could not see anyting anywhere - blue butterfly too small. Door code we were given did not work. NO AIR conditioning - thermostat was broken - too hot inside. Asked to take out the trash and wash the dishes. Outside fired pit was not ready to go. Couldn't use no instructions. Liked - bed, shower, large tv, toilet, view"
