The location couldn’t be better; a short walk to the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar , a short walk to the Plaza de España, in fact, every place we wanted to go to was walking distance. The staff (who are all super welcoming, and extremely friendly and helpful) recommended a fantastic flamenco show, and a great fine dining restaurant, as well as tapas restaurants. "My son and I have been traveling through Italy and Spain, and this has been the best hotel so far. Amazing amenities. They thought of everything. Toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, fridge, air conditioning, and the staff is super helpful! Plus the rooms and the bathroom are really well sized and configured. I rarely write reviews, but I was compelled to write this one. They deserve it. Plus, the location was awesome. Thank you!"

"The major issue with this hotel is that the owners of it clearly value the roof top bar revenue over the comfort of there hotel guests . The noise of the music went on till 3:30 am on Saturday . This hotel is very expensive to stay at . 500 euro per night . When we checked in the room wasn’t cleaned properly. This was resolved when I told the front desk about it . We were upgraded the next day to a better room . The rooms over all are very dark walls , poor lighting. Breakfast : a good selection...
