"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund.
