"I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time."

"Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best."

"They try. The rooms are ok and seem clean. They really need to fix the foundational stuff. In our room...Toilet fill valve is messed up, remote falls apart every time you touch it, 32" TV?, clock won't display anymore, sheets are super scratchy...and the worst of all the beds are awful. No support at all, and you can feel the straps through the sheets. For a budget motel its fine and we have stayed in a lot, but for a 3 star we expected a bit more. "The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy."

"The room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. After turning on the AC and went out for a couple of hours we came back and there was no smell at all. It might be helpful to the customer if the AC was turned on before they arrive to prevent this issue. The man at the front counter was very nice."
