"Check in was fine. The room was good, clean. The shower had empty shampoo and body wash on the wall. There was conditioner and a separate shampoo on the ledge. I didn't notice until I was in the shower and washed up with shampoo. Plenty of towels but lacked cups, only 2 for a 4 person room. I liked that there was no carpet. The doors are VERY heavy and you knew whenever someone was coming or going all night. Lot's of traffic noise as well."

"Our stay was nice and the pool water temp was great! The only thing was that our bathroom toilet wasn’t flishing right :( there were other minor things in the bathroom like old wall paper coming off. No biggie. However, the toilet situation was uncomfortable for all of us. "

"First of all, when I thought I was booking a jacuzzi room on Expedia, I was not. I got there, no jacuzzi in my suite, lady on the phone said "well, you booked a suite, not a jacuzzi room," and didn't offer any more assistance on the matter. So if you're hoping to get a jacuzzi in the room like the pictures show, just know you can't book it directly on Expedia or their website, because it wasn't there either. The lady who checked us in was a different person, and she was phenomenal. She must work...

"Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the pleasant aroma and pristine condition of the property. The gentleman who assisted me with check-in demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness. I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage....
