"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk who helped us find a local restaurant and gave us directions on how to get there. Our room was pristine clean--the cleaning staff was also friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great. We were full until dinner time!"

"Wen we returned to our room in the middle of the day the room was unlocked and our belongings were unguarded, The house keeping people left the room in the middle of cleaning unlocked though it was obvious that it had a lot of our luggage, clothes etc. We have waited for half an hour nd nobody showed up. It took me 2 calls to the front desk and another 30 minutes till someone came to finish cleaning."

Other than that, this hotel desperately needs a major makeover, and management should lower their rates until renovations are complete. Our room smelled strongly of mold and mildew, had red stains on the living room and bedroom floors, and featured stained, smelly curtains. "Staff and check in was wonderful. 1 bathroom light was burnt out, and there was no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in. Also found a packet of sauce by the tv stand, and a candy paper under the chair on the room. Thank god the bathroom and beds were clean. But the floor could have definitely been cleaned better."
