"We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights between December 13 and 22, 2025 for funeral services. Leah at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our requests. She always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel at home at all times. She is incredibly pleasant, and it’s clear she would do anything she could to help. "Clean room, parking felt secure, air conditioning was working properly. Staff however did seem unprofessional. The lady upfront with red hair (didn’t get her name) was very unprofessional towards her colleague.
