Our neighbors were super loud until midnight, that was my only complaint. And there is no one to answer the office phone that late so I couldn't do anything about it. But I would still stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is...

"The bed is not comfortable, gives back pain. The towels are stinky. It's a pet friendly rental. They charged us pricey pet fee for bring our dog, then retained our security deposit when we checked out, stating that they found hair in the apartment. What? Dogs have hair in nature. We followed their guidelines not having our dog jump onto any beds and furniture. We brought our own dog bed and our dog slept there. Our dog did not have any accident, did not break anything, did not bark...

"Two king sized beds is great. Clean enough, secure enough. For visiting my aunt, it's been a great location for many years... the place is a motel, centrally located in south san francisco. We don't have huge high expectations, so we're generally not disappointed. And when "cheap accommodations" are so rare now, this is actually a find"

"Amenities were extremely limited, no phone to contact front desk, there werent enough towels in room and unfortunately it was pouring outside i called from cell phone and was told to come to office to pick up towels. The room was very compact bedside lamps didnt work. The only plug in room was in the bathroom everything else was plugged into one extension cord (tv, microwave, fridge, idk what else but no spaces were available. The shower pressure was really low and took a long time to get...

"Good pet friendly property close to the airport. There is minimal sound from the flights. The property itself is old, with VCR player in rooms and only cable TV, basic breakfast wherein they don’t separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. However, it’s everything for a quick short stay with pool, paid late checkout / early check-in, parking. Staff is friendly "

"Great place to stay for an early flight from SFO. There is even a dedicated stop on the AirTrain line for the hotel so you don’t even have to go outside. The room and the public areas are well appointed and maintained. I will definitely do this again next time I’m flying early."

One can take CalTrain or Bart to get to SF or any destination these transportation service for reasonable price. San Bruno’s eateries and shopping across the street. Well maintained, parking on site, friendly staff, simple continental breakfast; juice, milk, coffee, water all available, quite, suburb "
