"Great location Nice pool and resting areas Spacious rooms Good breakfast Not up to the standard of other Sofitels I visited Service: Service was slow. We had to ask several times before getting anything We were promised an early check-in but they kept delaying it The staff is not well trained, lots of them didn't answer our questions about the facilities Room: Drain of shower was blocked The terrasse attending the room was decorated with dead and ugly plants There wasn't an automatic daily refill of water, coffee or small amenities without asking Coffee capsules were charged to the room for every refill SPA: Very dim and the smell wasn't appealing. The hairdresser charged double the price he gave me"

"I want to thank the music group animation , the art gentleman every person who cooks so deliciously, everyone who served us with a smile. It was the best vacation of my life. The people in Morocco are truly very respectful and kind; they make you feel like family. I love this place because of all the beautiful people of Morocco. My children truly took away a beautiful message from this city and the people of Morocco: you don't need to be rich to enjoy true joy. It's about being together, drinking tea with family, and working hard, like everyone else in Morocco. My respects to all Moroccans."

"Everything was excellent, staff were very attentive and helpful. Place was easy to get to. The restaurant was amazing. My girls enjoyed the pool very much. The spa was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We were a family of five and rented the family suite. We all slept very comfortable. I will definitely come back."
