"After a very tiring week of traveling the National Parks, we checked in early evening for our flight home the next day. After unpacking, we had an issue with a very noisy AC unit. We notified the front desk and they promptly assigned us to another quieter room. They even hand delivered the keys to our new room, rather than making us take all of our belongings to the front desk and then move to the new room. The staff was very apologetic and responsive. "The room was nice. The scent in the lobby was overwhelming. Instant headache when walking in. Staff was pleasant. "

"This place is horrible. NO HOT WATER for two days straight. Couldn't use the hot tub or pool because they allowed a large "party" to take place. Adults and children eating and drinking in the pool area which it clearly states "no eating or drinking in the pool area' Manager was rude. Staff was as helpful as they could be but are clearly underpaid and understaffed. It's "pet friendly" but only in the sense that you can have pets there.
