The young lady at the reception desk was full of smiles and let us borrow a uk plug for our chargers! We only brought America plugs! Also, Sara Jean in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! "Very nice hotel. Fantastic location, nice rooms. We selected a room with two double beds, and for some reason or another there was an issue with the room. They upgraded us to a deluxe suite with one king bed, and offered a rollaway bed for the second. I was worried initially that my partner wouldn’t find the rollaway suitable(I snore so he needs to be able to get away from me if it’s too bad) but it ended up being just fine. And the room itself was very nice and spacious with a fabulous balcony....
