"This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. We got taxi’s too and from jandia centre several times. The hotel staff were really pleasant and accommodating. I found the room cold at night and they brought 3 additional duvets. They were always helpful and kind. The staff in the dining room and on the pool bar were lovely, I just found the hotel a little too big. The room was always cleaned well and we had a really pleasant stay. "

"Apart from a bit of an inconvenience on the first of the six nights we spent there, which was the noise from the generators turned on in the morning due to a power outage, I rate the stay as very enjoyable. Friendly staff, adequate room standard, cleanliness, quality and choice of food (all-inclusive offer), entertainment—everything met our expectations. "

"The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review. "

"Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, comfy beds and bedding, decent food, very good animation team, nice pools. You'll need a car though to get to the beach and shops or be prepared to get taxis although I think there is a shuttle bus but not sure how often in runs."

"The term “luxury” is genuinely warranted. SUMMARY: A spacious, elegant, one-bedroomed, open-plan apartment with commanding views of the Atlantic from a glass-fronted balcony. Tasteful high spec decor. A relaxing & uplifting setting. DETAIL: A self-catering, south-west facing apartment on the 2nd storey of a small block on a high bluff overlooking the ocean. Solid party walls with apartments on either side so we were barely aware of our neighbours. The apartment block is in a quiet cul-de-sac sheltered from the bustle of the towns to the north and south. Most striking is the sight and the sound of the ocean. Although partially obscured by the top of a palm tree, the view of the ever-changing Atlantic and the sunsets beyond was fabulous. The sound of the waves filled the apartment. STAFF: The apartments are cleaned every day. Check-in comms were friendly and clear; access to the keys via lockbox was straightforward. WIFI: Excellent throughout LOCATION: Superb. Minutes from the beach; short walk from the quiet but varied Morro Jable shopping area to the south; 5 mins drive the grand and stylish parades of Solana Matorral to the North. IMPROVEMENTS: Though there is a very good microwave and induction hob, there is no conventional oven and very limited cooking equipment. OVERALL: 9/10 this was a fabulous stay. Besonders war diese Woche das Sauna-Angebot von dem Spa-Team. Das war ein gelungenes Entspannung bzw. Entgiftungsprogramm."
