"Staff was out on break when we got there. Manager refused to help us. When checking out asked for a printed receipt. Told they would send it email. No I want a copy. Still told will email it and to this day I have not received it."

"Our room's electric blinds didn't work and when we called for help, they didn't offer to fix them. So we got woken up bright and early by the sun when we wanted to sleep in."

"The whole hotel smells like dog poo. I wouldget a steam cleaner to clean the carpets in the hallways and that would make it much nicer. The rooms are not bad, cold AC and good shower, but the smell in the hallways is pretty bad."

"I actually did not stay here a single night. I checked into my room and went to the grocery store to get a few supplies. Came back to the room to prepare for bed and when I opened the blinds noticed the window was broken. Someone from the outside could easily just push the window open and be inside the room even though it was locked because the actual window frame was broken. I did not feel safe at this location and left without even asking for my money back. I just checked in at another...

The ONLY thing that would’ve been helpful was curtains in the room added to the window covering. I’d definitely book again if we’re ever this way again!"

"Im not sure what I expected from my room but I asked for a king suite. The room was perfect. The size was quite comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t ideal, but I wasnt there for the breakfast. I do like the fact they had pineapple juice. Not a fan of microwaved sausage. All in all the room was great."
