"The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here. "

"Couldn’t have had a better stay. Great location, really nice space and an extremely kind + accommodating staff. I stayed in the Presidential Suite for my bachelorette party and they honestly undersell it in the pictures. It was the perfect size: big rooms (for NYC), tons of bathrooms, full living area… great space! So happy I booked here and thanks again to amazing staff!!"

"Everything that I needed for my stay was met from the cleanliness and the staff that gave us a chauffeur ride to the airport. Not to mention the incredible coffee and bakery they have right in the hotel lobby! A true New York experience."

"Simple room. If you’re staying to see the city at a good price I’d stay. We got the 12th floor, some view but not anything iconic. Next to a Walgreens! Som food places, also the subway which was nice and not far from. They let us keep our bags there after checkout because our flight was at night and we didn’t want to carry them while we still went around the city! Thanks! Would stay again. "

"No ice bucket but had ice machines. No mini fridge. No complimentary coffee. No washcloths. No luggage rack. No glasses, plastic or otherwise. No coffee maker. Basic room with tv. "

"Be prepared for lots of incidental charges. My booking was canceled because they tried to charge the first night prior to my arrival and did not succeed. My daughter rebooked. They refused to issue an itemized bill on check out preferring to show you the balance due on the screen. Very unprofessional in that regard. My daughter eventually used her marriot app to settle and check out."

"The staff was very attentive and kind upon arrival. The hotel was a perfect location, right in Times Square, and there were a lot of things to do and places around to eat and enjoy. We had a room facing Times Square so the view was nice and we got to experience the lights and sounds of NYC right from our room. Rooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant was nice as well and had a good amount of food and drinks. I would stay here again. "
