"Loved this visit! Swam in the pool during a snowstorm, ordered room service, and enjoyed the spa amenities. Thrifty tip- don't touch the mini-bar if you want a non-alcoholic drink, that is $5...the vending machine sells soda for $3. "

"We had a short stay-called before booking to make sure hot-tub and pool were in working condition as that is the main reason we booked here the staff let us know that it was. When we arrived and headed to the pool we asked staff were it was located she proceeds to tell us its closed ,we let her know that we booked there only after calling to make sure pool was operating and being told it was so she made a call and realized it was open. Then proceeded to show us the pool area… it was in an entirely different building…we stay at hotels often and weve never seen this before. mind you it was freezing out and there was no transportation to the building. The hotel itself was clean, a tad small ,staff was friendly but this was a big deal for us i wish we would have known to make a better decision with our stay. Nonetheless i would recommended this hotel to others. "
