"We stayed at the Hyatt Regency to be close to California's Great America. The location was perfect and was less than a 5 minute walk to the park. The rooms were VERY comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Special shout out to Teresa at the front desk! She was so very helpful and knowing it was my birthday, provided special amenities for me. She made our stay very special!"

"Perfect hotel near convention center. Bike trail worked great, was able to ride scooter from hotel to convention center. Lots of ameneties and breakfast was great. Def will stay again."

"The hotel location is great if you’re going to a concert at Shoreline. Super easy to walk to and from and not deal with traffic. The rooms are comfortable and the food at the restaurant is decent. This was our second time staying here and I have to say that we dealt with more issues that seem to be staff not paying attention than anything else. When we checked in, we were given keys that had the entirely wrong room number and floor on them. We made it to the room for the keys to not work, and...
