"Housekeeping knocked the door too early at 8:20am, we were still sleeping. They should work with front desk to know which rooms were checked out to clean first. They even tried to open the door since we were sleeping and couldn't respond. Luckily it was locked from inside. I don't have time to put clothes on"

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mountain View,Silicon Valley. The room was spotless, which was a nice change from other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. Free breakfast was a great touch,good variety and convenient before heading out for the day. Parking was also free and easy, no hassle at all. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall a comfortable, clean, and hassle-free place to stay,would definitely book again."

"Very clean. There was a false fire alarm at 3:30 in the morning but that was it for any noise. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Limited parking and the spaces are extremely tight but when we stayed there there weren’t many people staying so it wasn’t a problem for us. Personally I think there should be less Diamond Elite parking spots. Not far from Caltrain and VTA light rail for getting to Levi’s stadium. Overall a pleasant experience. "

"The staff was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Our door did not lock very easily. We had to slam our door over and over again so that it would catch. I told the staff about the problem and they said they would look into it. Parking was easy. Air conditioning worked well. It’s close to a freeway, so it can be loud if u keep the windows open. "
