"The lake view was very beautiful and peaceful. The unit was very clean, spacious and fully equipped. It was great for a family. The restaurant onsite was very good. The spa pool needed a good clean as it wasn't very inviting."

"Nice hotel with some history in lakeside setting. Friendly and helpful staff. However, we would prefer proper separation between bedroom and bathroom. Apart from that it was fine."

"It was a nice hotel to stay. Infrastructure looks slightly oldish and needing some care but amenities were good. It was clean, has free and easy parking, good pool, nice lobby, located next to whakarewarewa thermal village... Nothing to complain about."
