"We loved the setting and the friendly staff, all of them. We especially liked John, who helped us to our room with the luggage cart. Our dinner at the pub was delicious and had big views of the grounds and the Columbia River. I was disappointed that I chose to pay for the room when booking the one night to save $40 but then was charged a $40 resort fee when I checked in. "

"Very impressed with a medium size fridge with nice freezer, and outlets with USB plugs near bed and around TV counter. Although I appreciate the upgrading of the room and conscientiousness of utilizing LED lights, the selection of daylight light temperature for the fixtures is overwhelming. I found I could not turn on any lights in the room except for the standard bulbs in the toilet/shower area. It would also be nice to have a towel bar or hook next to the sink area. There is nowhere to hang a towel in the area. Despite these concerns it was a nice stay."

"One of the better stays I have ever encountered. Super spacious and comfortable room, with an awesome patio. Above all it was very quiet and peaceful. Close to lots of dining and coffee shops. I would highly recommend Westcliff Lodge to anyone."
