Family premium room had no windows but my kids love it. Love the aesthetics of the hotel. Very quaint and unique! The TV remote was not functioning. We requested a replacement, but it was only provided to us on our last night. We stayed for two nights. The service could be improved if complimentary 3-in-1 coffee is provided.
