"Dear [Hotel Management I am writing to provide feedback regarding my stay at your property this past Friday. While your staff members were friendly and helpful, I would like to bring several issues to your attention. Although the room was generally clean, the bathroom was not up to standard, and there were very few hangers provided. Additionally, I could only locate one ice machine for the entire building. My most significant concern involves the breakfast service. The waffle maker was not functioning properly, as the batter consistently stuck to the plates, and the juice selection was poor. Furthermore, the only food available was dry white bread; there were no bagels or eggs served. I also want to report that I saw a dead mouse on the ground near the pool area. I hope you will look into these matters to improve the experience for future guests. Best regards,"

"Hotel was very clean, my only issue is the housekeeping staff doesn’t make your bed, empty the trash or give you extra towel towels. You have to specifically go to the front desk and ask if housekeeping can do that. Other than that one issue it was an okay stay."

"I’d say the shower & the cool AC was probably the only good thing about this hotel. Before I checked in, I tried calling the hotel at least 4x throughout the day but no one ever picked up. When I arrived to check in the guy seemed to be a little rude about it. The outside of the property is literally so dirty & looks super sketchy. When I got to my room IMMEDIATELY I saw two roaches which was absolutely disgusting. Then the comforter had stains all over it which I didn’t use, I felt so grossed out I ended up sleeping in my hoodie with my hood up since I didn’t want my head or hair to touch their pillows/pillow cases/sheets. Bed was EXTREMELY Uncomfortable. When I washed my face the water never drained from the sink, so there was that. I guess you really get what you pay for."

"I personally really loved this hotel not only was it free parking in California it was convenient and not hard to get to a true plus after a busy day! If you have kids that can’t sleep though noise maybe see about getting a different side of the building as the freeway is right next to it so it can get loud at times ( but I liked the out side noise my boyfriend and I are from the city so it didn’t really bother us to much) There isn’t free breakfast but there is a grab and go place and a Starbucks there too if needed and a 24 hour lil mini mart also My boyfriend and I just went to Denny’s across the street for food and down the way are so many more restaurants too! It was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom had great water pressure the only down side was that it’s the time of year and well those stupid pesky NATS are outside so we did find some in the room since they do DAILY housekeeping and the doors are left open but besides that overall will be put on our left to come back and stay! also the cookies checking in was always a plus ✨"
