"Housekeeping overlooked a problem when we first checked in, but front desk swiftly and professionally dealt with it. Overall, a great stay and great views."

"On the positive, mattresses were comfortable and made very nicely. Kitchen well equipped. On the less positive, If you are a light sleeper, don't select the bedroom facing the street, feels like cars are driving by in the same room. We had 5 guests but the dining room offered only 3 chairs. I wouldn't recommend turning on the fans, as the top of the blades were very dusty. Housekeeping only does surface cleaning. Pleasant stay overall. Would recommend to others."

"We booked a room with a kitchenette. When we checked in, the hotel asked us to pay a $150 security deposit and SIGN a notice stating "NO SEAFOOD COOKING IN THE ROOM". We were so disappointed because this was not mentioned when we reserved the room. The air conditioning did not work well, and they put two mini fans in the room. There were lots of stains on the chair, and the sink was old with obvious wear and tear."
