"Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again"

"I did not feel that the room and common areas were remarkably clean. I noticed hair in the shower before we used it, and just general grime in the bathroom. The carpet also had spots. In the breakfast area, the cabinets were sticky and dirty. I opened them to find a plastic knife."

"Hotel wasn’t bad. I have some issues, because I was staying with the dog. Miscommunication I think, when I called the hotel earlier nobody told me rules. I bought the tickets for a boat tour, no pets allowed. I broth the kennel to keep my dog in in the room for 1.5 hour and I find out in the last minute I can’t. I could cancel my tour so I lost money. Nobody told me before I can’t leave my dog alone in the room even inside the kennel ."

"Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?"

"The bedding in our room was stained, and the accommodations felt quite outdated. Overall, the room was not as clean as I would expect given the price of the stay. Additionally, for a resort that markets itself as family-friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of accommodation for breastfeeding mothers. I had to speak with a manager regarding the storage of breast milk and was informed that this was not something they typically provide assistance with. This created an unnecessary challenge...

"The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. There was even complementary chicken noodle soup and chocolate chip cookies. The breakfasts were great. Hot good food that was a perfect way to start each day. The location was ideal. We...

"Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again."
