Khách sạn Muesmatt , Bern

"One night stay, close to train station, friendly staff and stored our luggage so we could roam the city."

"Room was clean but there are really no views from the windows. Top floor bar offers great views and is very convenient. The service was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect."

"The property was described perfectly. Location was Ideal and an easy walk to/from the train station."

"Compact room, but all the necessities are there. Super helpful and dedicated staff. Loved the community space, common kitchen, rooftop. Very convenient location to old city landmarks and transportation. Clean bedding and bathroom, but desk could have been cleaner."

"Reception was excellent. Location."

"Es un hotel muy bonito el desayuno me encantó muy completo y las habitaciones cómodas. Su ubicaciones es quizá un poquito lejos pero el transporte de Berna lo resuelve además q te dan una tarjeta de transporte gratis"

"Quiet, secluded, small hotel with a lovely garden and even its own fountain playing. There’s an Indian restaurant around the back and other facilities nearby. A delightful walk into town and from behind the Federal Palace fine views may be had across the River Aahre and over to Alpine peaks half covered in snow in the autumn. The old town has shops, fountains and several restaurants. The casino is a glamorous place to take afternoon tea and sit in art deco chairs. Oh, and don’t forget to have...

"The gentleman who checked us in did a superb job giving us all the information that we would need, much appreciated! Bern hotel stays include a voucher for the tram, and the number 9 tram runs nearby and often and it is a great way to get to and from the old town. We chose this hotel for the parking availability which worked well as we arrived early in the afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. Beautifully colored shells of the hard boiled eggs! We were very...

"Leckeres Frühstück, sauberes, gemütliches und helles Zimmer freundliches Personal (insbes. der äußert liebe & freundliche Herr bei der Reinigung des Stiegenhauses hat mich sehr gefreut)."

"The bathroom and everything else is one room. One pillow only not enough to sleep on. The restaurant food quality is not good. Only reason stayed in room I was tired from traveling and had no effort to change hotel. Also , you can hear next door room activity! Couldnt sleep well. In general i wont recommend for any body unless you have no other choice"

"It’s very convenient cause close to everything"

"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."

"All perfect from the beginning until the end. Excellent service, accommodation, clean, staff 5 stars !"
