"Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. "Pool was unclean, no bathroom or shower at pool. Room door was not secure able as well, loose in frame. Curtains not closing enough to block out lights from outside. Television was too dark and no way to adjust to make brighter. "

"The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. "Expedia messed up my booking. The person at the front tried to help but had very limited say in the matter. As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going.
