"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "Pictures online are a little deceiving bedrooms and bathrooms were OK but living room couch and chair stained, blinds broken, kitchen horrible pots, and pans where greasy most unusable foil lining the oven and the microwave rusted out with a burning smell had to unplug which we desperately needed due to being there for bodybuilding competition, paint chairs and kitchen coming off and a swarm of wood bees and wasp at the front door when trying to get in and out challenging dogs barking at 3 AM...

"This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!"
