"We stayed here 16–18 May 2026, a family of three with a 3-year-old toddler. The fallsview is beautiful and the location is great — but no view, however stunning, can compensate for rude and unprofessional staff that ruined our trip.
On the evening of 17 May, we had two unacceptable incidents with Mayqueen at the Marriott Bonvoy counter:
1. Water Bottles: Housekeeping directed us to the front desk for complimentary water. Mayqueen rudely told us to pay, with zero courtesy.

Morning coffee in the lobby was great for early risers, but tea would be be great also. Staff did accommodate when asked.
Breakfast was perfect and the young man that served us was very professional and attentive.
