"Avoid the food.
Hairdryer in the room has safety mechanism which means it cuts out after 30 seconds and you have to wait 60 seconds for it to cool down before using it again."

"Have stayed multiple times over the past 2 years never had any issues getting glasses with ice for the room was told no even tho I had stated I was staying. Went to reception to be told to go into the cafe boulevard to get it mentioned to the lady at reception that I had spoken to them and wouldn't give me any to be told she cant leave reception and that nothing else could be done. Had to also go and ask for a bath plug as there wasn't one attached or in any of the drawers within the room....
