ITC Grand Central, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai
I was asked while checking in if I wanted coffee sent up to my room. I said yes but coffee never sent. The water was cold in the shower. The restaurant Kebab and Kurries couldn’t handle a credit card transaction agains my US issue card. I had to to the reception to use their card machine.

Trident Bandra Kurla Mumbai
Top notch property, in a great location. The staff are incredibly attentive and warm. There is great variety of delicious food at breakfast and the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also big. I also had the breakfast buffet. It was great with tasty food and lots of options.
