"We really enjoyed our stay at Dar El Jeld. The hotel is beautifully renovated, with wonderful facilities, and we truly appreciated our spacious room and the amenities. That said, we did run into some service issues with the front desk. We repeatedly sent messages about laundry, and a change to our pickup time, but didn’t receive acknowledgement until we phoned.
