"The room and the property in general were of a high standard as hostels go. It's also in a beautiful setting, adjoining a very nice park with a pond. Staff were friendly and eager to please...., but weren't always able to, given the commercial set-up of the place. It was a bit like when you book a budget airline to save money, and then the add-on charges for luggage, etc, end up deleting any price advantage you'd hoped for. "The front desk lady straight up lied to us and told us our stay was cancelled when it was not. There was many communication issues and the banana cake tastes really bad. The showers are also bad they flood the entire bathroom floor and doesn’t have hair dryers but the room was freezing. Also the laundry machines were broken and many trash was left behind in the bed when we checked in"

"Fantastic place, clean, fresh, and such lovely staff. Breakfast is a little plain (continental, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, bread and croissants) but for €8 can't complain."

"At the time of the booking it wasn't too clear on how to chose the beds, I ended up sleeping in the same bed as my brother, while it would have been better for us to have bunk bed. At the arrival at the reception the charged us again by accident. It was okay, but because of the things I just said we didn't enjoy much the stay."
