"Upon arrival we were told that an associate would take us to our apartment. After waiting around for 15 - 20 minutes I asked someone if they could help us. They showed us to our apartment. The apartment was bare bones. There were not kitchen towels or wash cloths. There was no room in the bathroom for toiletries. The kitchen table was an office desk. The queen bed has 2 very small pillows. And oh my goodness the spiral staircase was a nightmare! Thank heavens we were on the second floor...

"2.5 stars for lack of comms & poor treatment from the reception. Had emailed hotel's reception via expedia messages 24 hours before requesting an early check-in. This was neither acknowledged nor responded. We reached hotel round 12:30noon, was told to wait 1 hour so we went out for lunch and came back around 2.30 still no room. They made us wait till 3pm, finally the room was ready. The lacklustre response from the reception was "we are fully booked". This was clearly not the case as there were...

"We loved how close it was to many amenities as well as the tram into downtown Amsterdam!! The hotel restaurant had excellent food!! "

"Living Area: Small but manageable. Kitchen: Average in size and functionality. Bathroom: The shower area lacks a door, causing water to spill throughout the space. Water leakage was observed outside the bathroom door, likely originating from the tiled area. There is no exhaust/ventilation, leading to persistent odor issues. Restaurant: Acceptable."
