"Room nice and clean"

"The room refrigerator did not work. The in room coffee maker leaked water and did not work. The room was inconvenient in its location in a separate building. The halls were tight. We were not informed of the second entrance for the best place to park. The elevators were very small. We had large bags and had trouble getting through the narrow hall to the second building."

Staff was very friendly the entire time I was there, greeted me at the door and made both check in and check out smooth and painless. I’m American, so the strong English speaking presence was a major help to me. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from the train station, and it takes maybe 10 minutes to get to the central station. "Super cool hotel on IJ walkable to Centraal Station. Great restaurant where we had a lovely dinner and breakfast. There’s a coffee shop, spa, rooftop bar, and pool too. Staff were all friendly and informative and professional. We had a room with a balcony and enjoyed the fresh air. Loved our two night stay (too short!); we will be back."
