"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The negative about the room is that the toilet is really low to the ground. Also, I don't know if the hotel has control over this, the trash company was outside emptying the dumpster at 2:52am. "

"Staff did what they could to assist the TV not working, broken shower, and broken coffee maker. Spent much of our time watching maintenance fix everything. Then we had kids running up and down the hallway and dogs barking all after 11PM. Not happy with this stay."

"Very wonderful discovery. Having lived in Lincoln for 30 years (and my wife for 53), we have stayed at many spots during visits to family back in Lincoln. Discovering Annabell Gardens was great! Very friendly, easy to work with, beautiful suite, and even ice cream for free through the day -- and cookies on Thurs/Fri/Sat afternoon! Very nice, worth a visit and return visits!"
