"Nothing at all."

"Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The first room was in an unacceptable condition, so I was moved to a different room. However, the second room also had nothing in common with what is shown online. Both rooms were worn-out and run-down, and neither matched the description or photos I booked. Cleanliness was a major issue as well. Even the floors outside the apartment were dirty, and although I was told my room would be cleaned, it was not, and stayed as dirty as before. I...

"중앙역에서 매우 가까워 접근성이 좋고 근처 큰 마켓이 있어 좋았어요. 셀프 체크인을 모르고 현장에서 온라인 체크인했는데 대응이 빨라 좋습니다"

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again."

"Our family rented 2-bedroom EMA apartments and were definitely a great option in Zurich. Apartments are in building located in a quite and safe area with plenty of restaurant and shop options nearby. Having a parking option was a plus since it is not easy to find in units close to downtown. Since we were driving a large van, maneuvering was not easy but manageable. Units are large and with all features and utensils required to have a comfortable and relaxed time. Checking in was very...

"The location was very good for that price. The ground floor room meant you heard the conversations and smelled the smoke from the people that often went in front of the building to smoke. We wanted a small kitchen to be able to eat in the apartment. Grocery stores were close enough to make that easy. The lack of supplies meant that we had to share the one fork and eat our salad out of a cooking pot. The small bathroom had no walls or curtain for the shower, so you need to barely turn the...

"The location of the building was close to the tram stop and the area was nice overall. However when we got there, there was some bugs in the room so we had to kill them before we went to sleep and the place was old overall which is fine but it wasn’t super clean."

"En relación con las quejas que presenté sobre el estado de las habitaciones asignadas durante mi estancia en Visionapartments, quisiera reiterar las circunstancias que justifican mi decepción con este establecimiento: Primera habitación (509): ● Las cortinas no estaban bien sujetas al techo. ● El ventilador no funcionaba. ● La habitación estaba en condiciones de limpieza inaceptables. Segunda habitación (308): ● La ducha y el lavabo estaban atascados de pelo, impidiendo el drenaje...

"The floor squeeze all around the room, bed and pillows not comfortable"

"Difficult check in procedures with several messages, exchange of emails, installing an App and giving private phone number. But when finally in there is a 30 degree appartement waiting without AC and without even a fan. Very bad 👎 . Cannot appreciate the way this is all handled."

"The bed matress was super yellow and stained. We contacted the hotel that changed us room in a different locatiln. We lost a lot of time but find our way finally."

"This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"The room was not cleaned for 1 week that i stayed. I sent 2 emails during my stay and no response. No replacement of toiletries for a week. Electric cooker non functional, broken windows and doors."

"Window felt like it was coming out of the wall, mildew and stains on shower curtain, no mention of not having a lift, moveable closet was falling apart on the bottom, BED SAGGED SO BAD IN THE MIDDLE THAT MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE WE WERE FALLING INTO EACH OTHER, window blinds would not go up, owner never answered emails, WiFi password was not there but was promised, at least five sirens during the night, not enough toilet paper. I have pictures to back all of this up. Unless you...

"We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful, wonderful views, spacious, close to everything. Loved having laundry available in the unit. Would highly recommend."
