"Delightful hotel. Good customer service. Read instructions if traveling with a car. I didn’t and drove through very narrow streets looking for the hotel in a pedestrian only alley!"

"Great Li satin and great cleaning staff. The concierge is located at another property 5 minutes walk away so that was a bit tricky but they location felt more private because of this which was wonderful."

"Superb position, next to the Alcazar palace and a very short walk to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. We were able to check in to our room early. The breakfast was really lovely with loads of choices from the menu and also yogurt, fruit and orange juice available too. Our room was on the outskirts of the palace and had Roman ruins under the floor, which you could see through glass."

"Extremely well located (except for nearby parking!), good for everything in central Seville and all of the sights. A newly renovated and smart apartment. A wonderful stay. The only thing I take issue with is the forced requirement to send pictures of ALL details of valid ID for all guests. This is actually illegal according to EU law, but many German and Netherlands companies require it. All that is required for accommodation (per EU law) is full name, DOB, POB, city of residence, and ID type...

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at Hotel Tayko! The staff were warm and so helpful, the hotel and room were beautiful, the location very central, and breakfast generous and delicious. Definitely recommend!"

"After checking in, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. I called the front desk but they were rude and didn’t care. They did spray but it as just household insect spray and we had more of them. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in any hotel, and especially when this is a 4 star hotel. Only one person could stand in there at a time. The shower was ridiculous small & you had to adjust the water temperature standing by the sink because it was so tiny. The room smelled...

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."
