"The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which features local dishes. Kome eice is great. And as long as they serve small bowl of soup with Hinai Jidori meatballs, side dish of tonburi and cut nagaimo, I'll always choose this hotel. Staff are always nice and kind. A bit of local dialect that they speak also helps relax my mind. I appreciate the kind service and wonderful time while staying there. Arigato!"

"We had a fabulous stay here myself and adult daughter. The hotel was set in à beautiful area with lots to see (although you really need a car to get around and make the most of the area). The staff were exceptional even to the extent of posting on my daughter’s headphones which she accidentally left behind. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast. The highlight was the onsen which had a wonderful view over the river. Cannot recommend this enough"

The entire ryokan was designed around the gorgeous and huge Japanese garden which made every moment at the ryokan a picturesque moment. A must visit during autumn! The hotel was conveniently located within short distance to nearby tourist attractions such as oriase stream, lake towada and mount hakkoda. Oh and the dinner at the ryokan was out of this world!
