"Very clean and newly renovated. Breakfast was ok, not many options. The barn door to the bathroom stuck and wouldn’t close properly which was an issue. There was no shower gel refilled. And we were not told that we would need to ask to have our room serviced, so we were there three nights and didn’t even get our trash cans emptied which for me was the biggest issue and hence the three stars."
"Couch was really gross and dirty , we asked for extra sheets to cover it so we could sit on it... being the only place to sit besides a very small table with 2 chairs that again dirty!. Pool, saunas and hot tub all out of order. Non working outlets, remote for T.V. didn't work, furniture all needs updated, carpet was nasty. Blankets were smelly and ROUGH. This was a king "suite" and with a few minor improvements it would've been worth the price. Young lady at front desk was the one highlight of my stay."
"The hotel is a rather older hotel, though the location is perfect, just a few blocks from the main Jackson old town strip. There was a lady at the breakfast room with the tip jar when you walk in the breakfast room, you feel pressured not tipping. The swimming pool was open but the water was very cold though my daughter got to swim a bit (she was the only one at the pool)."
"Front desk staff was great. We asked for our room to be made up, and the room was not taken care of. I had to go get fresh towels from the front desk. The room was small but clean. The hotel is cute."
"I had 2 significant issues with the King suite with patio. The window and sliding door had no screens. I’d have loved to have them open to enjoy nature sounds and smells as well as fresh air.
The second was that the patio wasn’t clean/swept. Like as if it hadn’t been in a while.
That said, the customer service was 10 stars! Everyone was attentive and friendly."
