"they have waters behind the entry desk they tell you can come and ask if wanted, then when you ask they tell you only for when you check in. I took several rooms for family, water limit is very petty...don't offer it at all. Have to chase them to get room cleaned and fresh towels, change bedding every 3 days, they say, I didn't even see that happen Offers breakfast with omelet station, had it for 2 days then the station disappeared w/o any explanation."

"I think they are focused more on look of the front property and entrance rather than the rooms and the amenities for the guest there is no blow dryer or any extras of anything. If you needed towels they made you go down to the front desk for when it cost they should’ve been a little more focused on the guest. My light above sink didn’t work. They didn’t seem to care. "Everything about this place met all of my expectations! The fitness room was great, the pool and hot tub area was a treat we enjoyed daily. One day, the outlets in the vanity area and the fan/light in the bedroom went out along with a problem with the entrance door not closing easily. I reported it that morning and by mid afternoon when I returned, all of the issues were resolved in a very timely manner. The front desk staff were always willing to assist with any questions I had. "It's always a great stay while visiting North Carolina. It is very well staffed with helpful members and the amenities are very good. It's close to alot of shopping centers and good eats. It feels like a home away from home"

"The bathrooms were ok However I found someone else's hair on the shower wall that was not mine or my husband's. I brought towels with me for the trip, One of them happen to be white. I had it in my bag. The housekeeper took my towel out of my bag thinking it belongs to the hotel. If she looked at it CLEARLY, it didn't. My thoughts is don't go through people's belongings. I wouldn't take towels from a hotel and Im sure there are people who do"

"We stayed in a handicap room the rails in shower had visible of red mold. The rest seemed fine but it makes you wonder if they deep clean rooms. Also I went to breakfast and there were no eggs and the waffle mix was out before 9"
