"Clean property, bed was lumpy and the comforter didn’t fit, and oddly shaped, I think it was designed for a smaller bed size. Breakfast had a Nice selection but poorly prepared, eggs were tasteless and very wet, oatmeal was soup"

Machine for juice and water were tuned off and turned back on for the one type of juice that was left and water. I felt like this was a huge inconvenience by the staff member. I don’t think clean up and not providing food anymore should take place until a little after 9 if that is the cut off time. "

"The front desk staff did their best to accommodate our needs. As at the Homewood Suites in Greenville, the access to WiFi was a problem. We were unable to make the login process work. The lack of a complementary breakfast is a shortcoming for this property."

"When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. "I would have rated it higher except for the Manager Caitlin. Her attitude is of a correctional officer where the guests don’t have a choice where they stay. She should not work in the hospitality industry whatsoever, she’s rude, abrupt, and needs to realize guests have choices where we spend our money. She might have won the battle, but she definitely lost this war. I recommend to her that she should never speak to guests again, doubtful it will stick. Good luck, stay at your own risk. "
