"Booked this facility for a spring weekend. The room did not have functioning AC. The bed was old terrible and floor was dirty. We were moved the second day to an other room but only compensated for a miserable sleepless night, with a coupon for a lunch in their 3 star restaurant, which was out of several items on the menu.
