"The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time!! Kitchen was dirty and had seen better days! Full size refrigerator with rust and broken shelving. The floor is so unleavel and sloped, it feels like your in a crocked house attraction!! Black sheets and one black towel..made me wonder how they were sanatized...if at all. The bed smelled of urine. The floor was so dirty i put our 1 towel on the floor to walk on. There were used squirt bottles of shop and shampoo in the bathroom...

"All in all we had a great experience except did not use the pool or gym. Breakfast was made fresh daily and that’s a +++ in my husband’s book. Coffee was delicious, fresh and hot! Dining room was clean! Staff friendly! Enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again when we come back to San Clemente. Thank you."

"Hotel is old, like 1970's. Our tub backed up. They offered another room. Carpets worn. Its in bad shape. Kitchen had a fridge and coffee. No plates or utensils. To be fair, this place will be demolished for 2- 4 star hotels. Its best feature is a large pool and jacuzzi. The bed/mattress was very comfortable with clean cozy bedsheets and pillows."
