"The studio was very clean and provided the various supplies. It's exactly as described. I would stay next time too without hesitation. Very satisfied. Keep up the great work. The only downside is the steep stairs and the parking situation."

"We loved our stay at the Phillips Hotel. The room was spacious with a full kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher), as well as any other amenity that we needed. There was a grocery store within ten minutes walking, and the continental breakfast every morning was satisfactory.
The staff were also very helpful and polite. We would stay again. "

"We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, charming, and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Hugo even helped us get our bags to the port for our cruise. Tea in the small cafe was excellent, as were the pastries. The continental breakfast was juice, croissants, jam, and fruit bars. Stay here and you will love it!"

"Loved the location and the look of the hotel
The only thing negative is the breakfast option.
With a wonderful restaurant on the main floor one would think that breakfast could be better than a box with a piece of cake and a bottle of juice at the door in the morning.
I understand the expense of the area but at the price of a nights stay the breakfast could be better"

"Great location right next to the Metro (subway), clean room and friendly staff. The food in their cafe was a bit underwhelming, but I think that's more of an issue around the volume of customers that they get for that? I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again."

"Our stay at the David Hotel was terrific. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen in our room, and the room was perfectly clean and well-appointed. The hotel's staff was very accommodating, and the hotel's location was fantastic, too. 10/10, all around."

"Getaway for a gal friend and i. Knew the neighborhood but had never stayed there. This place was a great find! Easy check in and the hosts are very reachable if there are any issues... like forgetting your door code!
The apartment is clean, well equipped and the beds are nice and comfortable. Mornings and evenings on our balcony were especially nice watching the streetview. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and walkable with lots of restos and shopping. Definitely recommend "
