"Cannot recommend highly enough. Location is great practically for major galleries, Duomo etc but also beautiful in a Piazza. Staff welcoming, professional and friendly. I'd recommend the breakfast. After so many "brand" hotels this is an absolute delight."

"Nice and spacious 1BR apartment in the heart of Florence. Close to practically everything. No reception in the building but the communication via WhatsApp was very good and the keys pick-up was smooth. The deep bathtub/jacuzzi/shower was great to relax in but the bathroom needs a renovation: the ventilation is very poor and there's mold in a few places around the bathtub and the ceiling. The rain shower system was a bit run down and one of the toilet flushes was malfunctioning. "
