"Room was not what I had reserved Tv was not working, wall paper coming off the wall , picture on the wall had tape around it . Bathroom was for one person instead of 2 I do want mention that at the end of my stay the front manager came to talk to me and rebated around 133 euro from my bill Not enough in my opinion"

"Beauty, comfort and location!..The bed is comfortable, the location is only 10 minutes walk to the duomo, but located in a quiet place. The kitchen is complete and there is a grocery store only 2 minutes from the hotel. "Great location -- the check in process was confusing. Since there is no lobby there needs to be better communication of how it all works before. I was unable to open the link to the pre-registration and asked for help but didn't get a response. Ended up ok and enjoyed staying there"

"The location of the hotel is convenient, but it is hidden under an overhang next to a parking garage. There is essentially no lobby. It was a strange at first. The rooms were very nice. They provide a glass water bottle upon arrival and offer “free refills,” however they expect you to refill it yourself from a sink on the 6th floor."

"Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff...

The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing.
