"The location is excellent; the historical center is right downstairs. However, there are homeless people on one side of the subway station below the hotel at night, and the police only on main street , so be careful. When we returned to the hotel from there, the homeless asked for money and threatened us. "

"Quiet and centrally located hotel with parking. The only friendly staff I had met was Alondra, who was a housekeeper. The entire time I was there, not a single acknowledgement from anyone during the morning, afternoon or in the evening. They were either on their phone, on the computer or talking to their fellow co-workers. The property was kept clean and Alondra did a great job of cleaning my room. Location is great! Near the Juarez Station and a decent 15 min walk to El Centro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I would have given this property a 5 star if not for the unfriendly front desk staff."
