"Amazing and helpful staff. Clean, well appointed room with amazing views , beautiful windows , and even air conditioning. Staff was incredible and available 24/7 and extremely engaged. Would definitely stay here again and actually already planning to next year. Location is great too , a quick 10 min walk to the piazza Maggiore !"

"Our host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in early. He recommended eateries round about and gave us a discount at the hotel restaurant where we had a nice lunch. All the staff were helpful and courteous, and all spoke excellent English. The sitting room of the lobby is very pleasant. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet despite being very close to one of the main squares: a very convenient location, from which we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Bologna."

"Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) The family room is upstairs from the other rooms, hence the wonderful view. Basic...

"Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Bologna which is very handy. It was on a quiet road. Rooms are a bit dated but had a classic feel. Check in was very easy, the receptionists were lovely."

We stayed in a superior room and the size was about average for a city hotel room in comparison to others we've stayed in. There was a hairdryer, soap, body wash, conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom - they offered other amenities (which we didn't ask for) but had to be requested. Our room overlooked the square/main road which wasn't loud in our experience as there wasn't much nightlife in the area...
